Important information when booking

Reservation or cancellation
Reservation costs per accommodation: € 17,-
Booking deposit upon reservation: 50% of the total rent
Tourist tax per person, per day, rate 2019: € 1,50
Deposit: € 200,-
Cleaning costs (required): € 60,-

Minimum stay
For the gites and our nostalgic caravan we use a minimum stay of 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday) in the high season. Outside the high season, the gites or caravan can also be rented for less than 7 nights in consultation. Although with a minimum stay of 3 days.

Extra rental facilities
Double sheet set (bottom sheet, 2 pillowcases, double duvet cover): € 12,-
Single set of sheets (bottom sheet, 1 pillowcase, single duvet cover): € 10,-
Cot € 20 per stay
High chair € 12 per stay
Additional rental facilities can only be booked in advance and not on arrival!

Additional information
All rates include accommodation, gas, water and electricity
In the period marked with an asterisk * additional costs will be charged for electricity
Prior to departure, a final inspection (8 a.m. to 10 a.m.) must take place in connection with. delivery of the accommodation
The rental applies from Saturday 4:00 pm (arrival) to Saturday 10:00 am (departure)
Payment terms: 50% within 2 weeks, remaining amount 6 weeks before arrival

Payment
Unfortunately we have no possibility to pay with PIN or credit cards. After placing a reservation, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Your reservation is only final after you have transferred the stated deposit amount to us.
